☆Terms of service☆

By commissioning me you accept the following terms, I will also assume that you have read this

- Please do not change the character at the last minute- If you want the commission to end on a specific day (short term) / rush the order will have an extra cost-Delivery time: between 1 week - 1 month(In case of a large order or external things, this could be extended)-DOES NOT INCLUDE COMMERCIAL USE-I DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS- If you want me to make any change in the commission, this should be done once I send the sketch- Any change you want to make once I finish the order or the linear will have an extra cost depending on what you order, If it is a change that does not require a radical or very large change, it will be done for free without any problem- Please have a reference or where the character can be seen clearly as well as its colors (without shadows or lights)-I need reference of the character, pose, expression, any accessories and if you don't know you can leave it to my imagination- The character could have a slight change in colors due to my way of working- NSFW drawings have no extra cost!-You can ask me for progress without any problems! I'm used to just handing in the sketch and then just finishing the drawing on my own-I can upload the commission to my networks and use them as examples, let me know if you want the commission to be private!-Don't make a radical change if you gave me creative freedom from the beginning (like poses)-The use of the OC's and characters falls under the responsibility of the client and it is assumed that the client has permission from the owner or is the owner of the characters
And in case the character is stolen or without permission from the owner, I will delete the post and blacklist the client.-Special case in the stickers, if you send me any sticker that I HAVE MADE or similar; I have total freedom to use it as if it were a base or ych for future commissions-You give me the right to use the stickers you ask me for as a future base or ych for future orders that other people ask me for

☆PAYMENT☆

- Payment is through PayPal only (USD)- Account must belong to you and not your parents- I will send you an invoice using your PayPal email after getting confirmation through private message- Full payment in advance-I'm more comfortable with payment plans from clients I've worked with before, so it's rare that I agree to them-If I accept payments in halves, I will charge you the extra that Paypal will remove from payments-In the event that I accept payments in halves, the drawing will only remain in the lineart until you send me the rest

Hewo, you can call me Pachy or Cory!! I dedicate myself full time to being an independent artist (as much as possible being from Latin America haha) soon I will study 3D things and other things

I am an introverted person with some problems socializing, I try to give the best service I can if you are looking to commission me!

If you come with the intention of being friends, keep in mind that I am very slow with new people and it is hard for me to find topics to talk about, so it can be exhausting (I think), don't bother if it doesn't work out :(
